a) Consider 2nd Reading of Annexation Petition 2009-A01 North Ball Ground, LLC, Applicant Council Member Prettyman put forth a motion, Seconded by Council Member Stoner to approve the 2nd Reading of Annexation Petition 2009-A01 North Ball Ground, LLC For 2.15 Acres located on Old Canton Road North.
Item 4: Adjourn There being no further business for Mayor and Council consideration a motion was duly made and seconded to adjourn at 9:15 AM.
The minutes of this February 28, 2009 Meeting of Council is subject to approval at the March 12, 2009 City Council Meeting.
