The Downtown Development Authority will hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 24th for the purpose of reviewing and amending their by-laws, t-shirt sales, creation of a stand-alone entity and review of the mission statement. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at City Hall starting at 5:30 PM.
