To receive public input on the Rezoning Request for Case 2026-R-02 – Nicole Hirshowitz – Requesting to rezone 340 Old Canton Road from City Center Residential (CC-R) to City Center Transitional (CC-T) for the purposes of operating a wellness center and chiropractic office. The applicant is also requesting to rezone 360 Old Canton Road from City Center Residential (CC-R) to City Center Transitional (CC-T), with no proposed change of use.
