2008 City Council Work Session Schedule: April 25, May 22, June 26, July 24, August 28, September 25, October 23. November and December dates to be determined.
City Council Meetings are held at the Ball Ground City Hall Council Chamber located at 215 Valley Street, Ball Ground, GA at 7:00 PM.
Except as otherwise provided by ordinance, the procedures of the mayor and council shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows:
a) Call to order
b) Pledge of Allegiance
c) Public appearances
d) Approval of minutes for prior meeting
e) Old business
f) New business
g) City Manager’s operations and finance report
h) Committee reports
i) Mayor’s comments

Citizens who wish to be placed on the agenda for a public appearance should contact the City Clerk.
