QUALIFYING FEE AND DATES SET FOR
THE CITY OF BALL GROUND
2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-131(a)(1)(A) notice is hereby given that the qualifying fees are set at $108.00 for the mayor and $35.00 for council members. The Municipal Election will be held on November 4, 2025, to fill the following seats:

Mayoral Seat (Incumbent: A.R. (Rick) Roberts, III)
Post 4 Council Seat (Incumbent: Kristine Rogers)
Post 5 Council Seat (Incumbent: Dennis Nelson)

Anyone desiring to run for one of these offices may qualify in the office of the City Clerk at Ball Ground City Hall located at 215 Valley Street, Ball Ground, GA 30107 beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, and ending on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

Specific dates and hours are as follows:
Monday 8/18/2025 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8/19/2025 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8/20/2025 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
