In late March, the City of Ball Ground joined the Georgia Municipal Association’s (GMA) “It’s Worth a Shot” public information campaign around the COVID-19 vaccine. This campaign was built to contribute to Gov. Brian Kemp’s and the Georgia Department of Health’s goal to vaccinate as many Georgians as possible during Spring and early Summer 2021, reach a vaccination rate of 70 to 80%, and achieve herd immunity.
Good Evening Ball Ground:
We will be streaming the meeting of Mayor Roberts and the Ball Ground City Council this evening on youtube
Just search “Ball Ground Council Meeting March 2021” and you should find us.
We are very hopeful that by next month our City Council can return to in-person meetings and open the doors for residents to attend by June. However; we will continue to live stream the meetings from this point forward, as long as there is interest.
Thanks and have a great evening.
Eric
Hello Ball Ground,
Due to staffing shortages stemming from COVID-19, our Curb-Side Sanitation and Recycle pick-up will take place this Saturday instead of Friday.
