Meetings of Mayor and Council
City Council meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. in the Ball Ground City Hall Council Chambers located at 215 Valley Street, Ball Ground, GA. Work sessions are scheduled on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM and are held at the same location. During the work session the elected officials will discuss a range of topics and determine what items will be placed on the agenda for the official meeting taking place the following week.
Order of Business
Except as otherwise provided by ordinance, the procedures of the Mayor and Council shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order. The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows:
