Ball Ground Truck Bypass
The 1.5 mile Ball Ground Truck Bypass will be a new alignment roadway to divert truck traffic away from the city center. Other vehicles will be allowed to use this route when complete. The project is expected to take about 5-10 years from start of engineering to construction completion. See below for more information.
Project Status:
- 2021: Project approved by GDOT
- 2024: Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. has been hired to perform design and engineering services for the project.
